Warranty

WARRANTY IS SIMPLE WITH MOCHA EARTH MUSIC.

If it is “Dead On Arrival”, once we received it back and tested, we will replace it.

For faulty unit, we can repair or replace it if it is within the warranty period (listed below). For mistreated (i.e. pour beer over the pedal; ran over by a car, etc) or modified products, we don’t want to know about them. They will not be covered under warranty.

On the other hand, even if your product is out of warranty, we can still fix it for you with a fee, on a case by case basis.
